CreaZyme Nuetral MAX
CreaZyme Neutral MAX
Knitted cloth smoothing and finishing enzyme preparation
CreaZyme Neutral MAX is a neutral polishing enzyme for finishing of knit fabrics. It can be used in one bath in the enzymatic polishing process and dyeing process by saving time, water, energy and significantly reducing production costs while ensuring the production of high quality products.
ADVANTAGES
Simplified process
l Maximize fabric strength and reduce weight loss
l Significantly reduce process time and increase productivity
l Can effectively remove dead cotton
l It can be used for dyed fabrics.
l Can be used under a wide range of pH conditions without special time adjustment of pH.
l Save costs over 30% which can be achieved with optimized processes
USER'S GUIDANCE
CreaZyme
Neutral MAX can be used on all overflows, spray and other mechanically agitated
wet processing equipment.
CreaZyme Neutral MAX is easy to operate, can be synchronized with dyeing, and
can be used before or after dyeing as with conventional acid polishing enzymes.
It can also be used in parallel with other biological processes such as
bio-deoxidation, bio-refining, etc. to achieve cost optimization.
When CreaZyme Nuetral MAX is dyed in the same bath, it is added at the
beginning of the dyeing process after bleaching and deoxidation. Before adding
CreaZyme Nuetral MAX, first adjust the pH and temperature to meet the dyeing
requirements. After adding CreaZyme Neutral MAX, run for 10-20 minutes to make
it evenly, add dye or salt. Perform a normal dyeing process. Subsequent
addition of alkali is inactivated by polishing enzyme.

DOSE GUIDE
Factors affecting biological finishing include:
- Fabric composition, structure and weight
- Expected effect
- Processing time, pH and temperature
- Chemical additives
- Type of equipment and mechanical friction
Type of product Recommended dosage O.W.F
Fabric Not more than 0.5%
INACTIVATION OF ENZYME
Once the desired effect is achieved, all cellulose should be inactivated. Incomplete deactivation can result in excessive exposure of the garment or fabric to the active cellulose, causing unnecessary fabric strength damage.
Neutral cellulose MAX can be inactivated by any of the following methods:
A. The working solution was maintained at a pH greater than 9.0 and a temperature greater than 600 ℃ for 15 minutes. The pH can be adjusted with soda ash (sodium carbonate) or borax; or
B. Add enough alkaline detergent to bring the pH above 9.0. Hold for 15 minutes at temperatures above 60℃.
STORAGE
To extend product life, the neutral cellulase is stored in a sealed container at a temperature of 250 ℃(770℉) or below. Long-term exposure to high temperatures can cause inactivation.
SAFETY AND ENZYME MANAGEMENT
Avoid inhaling dust from enzymes. Rinse immediately with water for at least 15 minutes if it comes into contact with your skin or eyes.
