Application/process type

CreaZyme Core 600 is a concentrated product to be further formulated for the biowash process of denim garment.

To ensure optimal performance, CreaZyme Core 600 should be used in a combination with buffers and anti-backstaining agents.

A typical formulation is based on the following general formula, targeting an desired strength between 960 – 1280 CNU(CA)/g

15 – 20% CreaZyme Core 600

20 – 30% Buffer
10 – 15% Surfactant
20 – 40% Filler, e.g. Sodium sulphate
01 – 10% Conditioner, e.g. starch

To ensure the optimal performance of formulated product, we recommend pay attention especially on the selection of buffer and dispersing system.

In some cases when the alkalinity from denim fabric is high, to ensure the maximum efficiency of CreaZyme Core 600 formulations we recommend adjusting the initial pH (6.5) by addition of acetic acid.

The enzyme treatment should be terminated by a thorough detergent wash off. For complete inactivation, run for 15 min with 1-2 g/l sodium carbonate
(pH≥10) at 80°C (176°F).

STORAGE

40KG/ original package sealed, stored in a cool and dry room, avoid direct sunlight, can be stored for not less than six months.
