CreaMir LAM-58

                                   Anti-Migration Agent

CreaMir LAM-58 anti-migration agent is a high molecular polymer, used in padding dyeing process. In the process of continuous dyeing of dispersed and vat dyes, dye migration can be effectively prevented. Suitable for hot-melt dyeing of polyester fabrics or polyester/cotton blended fabrics and reductive dyeing process of pure cotton fabrics to improve the appearance of dyed fabrics.

APPLICATIONS

This product is suitable for

Ø Pure polyester fabric disperse dyes hot melt dyeing

Ø T/C Blended Fabric, Disperse/Shihlin Continuous Dyeing

Ø Continuous dyeing of vat dyes on cotton fabrics

If used for other dyeing process, please do pilot test to confirm the feasibility.

APPLICATION PROCESS

Use with the dye working solution, first diluted with water LAM-58, then add dyes and other additives;
The amount of anti-migration agent increases with the increase of the proportion of polyester in the blended fabric;
The amount of anti-migration agent increases with the decrease of fabric weight；

General usage 5~10g/L；

Process Example 1:  Pure Polyester Woven Fabric (Grams 210g/m2)
   Disperse dyes       X g/l
   CreaMir LAM-58    8-10g/l

Process Example 2: Cotton woven fabric (gram weight 280g/m2)
   Reducing dye       Y g/l
   CreaMir LAM-58    5-8 g/l

Process Example 3: Polyester-Cotton Blend Fabric (Gram Weight 150g/m2)
   Disperse dyes       X g/l
   Reducing dye       Y g/l
  CreaMir LAM-58     8-10g/l

PRECAUTIONS

When mixing, stir well and evenly to dissolve the CreaMir LAM-58 completely.

For special dyeing varieties or special dyeing process, please do pioneering test.

STORAGE

Please store at 5-35℃，avoid freezing and exposure to the sun. Its shelf life is 12 months.
