PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

CreaNit RSA combines leveling, cushioning, crease resistance, permeability, wetting / outgassing and chelating dispersions. Its leveling performance is reflected in its controlled reaction and uniform fixing, for example, during and after alkali addition. No effect on color yield and color.

This greatly reduces the requirements for the alkalization process because it does not require a staged addition and the addition of base time is very short, so do not need a quantitative dosing system of alkali, with a short time continuous feeding ordinary feeding container is sufficient.

Its buffering properties prevent over or under initial dye-up due to too weak or too strong acid after pretreatment.

Reduce the effect of bicarbonate present in water on the fixation value, thus increasing the reproducibility of staining.

Due to its wetting and anti-wrinkle properties will reduce the amount of anti-wrinkle agent used 50%. In bobbin dyeing, these properties increase the dye spread, especially at yarn junctions and viscose filament or flax yarn.

Its wetting and venting properties work immediately after the product is added to improve process safety.

When used in the dyeing of untreated materials, the emulsifying properties of the product result in the removal of hydrophobic natural and artificial fat, wax and grease.

Its chelating and protective colloid properties reduce problems with repairs and deposits caused by poor water quality and inadequate pretreatment when cotton and cotton / spandex fibers are reactive dyed.

It is capable of removing and sequestering poorly soluble and insoluble fiber colloids in natural fibers when dyed on a cellulose fiber.

Its dispersion and solubilization are especially suitable for dyeing of macromolecular dyes such as blue, green and lake blue having a phthalocyanine structure.

All of these features help to improve staining reproducibility.

Recipe:

The following dosage is recommended based on water quality, fiber quality, reactive dye type (low temperature dye is worse than high temperature dye), and the desired level of leveling effect

1 - 2 g/l CreaNit RSA

In the use of the environment is not very harsh circumstances, the amount need not increase. In more demanding conditions, the recommended dosage is 3.0g/l, the recommended amount of primary billet cellulose fibers 4.0-5.0g/l.

In dyeing cellulose fiber blank, it is recommended to increase the amount of fixing alkali upto 25%.

For more crease-resistant fabrics (eg, regenerated cellulosic fibers, heavyweight cotton fabrics, or cotton/spandex blends), it is advisable to add additional softener in the bath at 50% less dosage than the standard prescription.

CreaNit RSAcan be used at high temperature reactive dyeing, especially for regenerated cellulose fibers; it is advisable to add a dye protectant.
