Neutralization Agent

CreaSeven PC-03 has excellent acid buffering capacity and is a special organic acid which can be used in alkaline baths for neutralizing after pretreatment and dyeing processes. Its good buffering makes it easier to process pH Value stable. Non-irritating odor, non-toxic and harmless, is an environmentally friendly product.

PROPERTIES

Ø  After fabric neutralization, the pH of the cloth is more stable;

Ø  Its buffer effect is better than acetic acid;

Ø  It improves the wash fastness property

Ø  It can be used to neutralize reactive dyes and completely replace acetic acid;

Ø  Non-corrosive to the equipment, no scaling effect & does not damage the fabric;

Ø  No effect on fabric whiteness;

Ø  Environment-friendly, non-toxic to humans.

2 Solubility: soluble in water

APPLICATION

Dosage of 1 ~ 3g / L. Use after the pretreatment process and also the after dyeing neutralization process.

Please store at 5-35℃，avoid freezing and exposure to the sun. Its shelf life is 12 months.
