Fixing Agent

CreaFix GD-180 can effectively improve wet fastness of direct and reactive dyeing and printing. The latest reactive dye fixing agent has better soaping fastness. It’s also a non-formaldehyde fixing agent.

PROPERTIES

Ø   Improve the activity and direct dye fastness: Soap sticks, blisters,          wet hot, washed.

Ø   Improve the storage stability of reactive dyes in a humid environment.

Ø   Treatment with this fixing basically does not affect the shades.

Ø   Can improve the live weave color tear fastness.

Ø   Can effectively improve the mercerization of fabrics.

Ø   Basically does not affect the handling of fabric feel.

ECOLOGY/TOXICOLOGY

Environment friendly fixing agent, formaldehyde-free, does not contain REACH substances in high concern.

APPLICATION

2  Impregnation

Dosage   1、Reactive Dyes  0.2～0.6%（o.w.f)

2、Direct Dyes    0.5～1%（o.w.f)

M:L Ratio    1: 5～20

Process  50℃×20min →Spin-dry→Dry（100～120℃）

PADDING PROCESS

Dosage  1、Reactive Dyes   3～7g/L;

2、Direct Dyes     5～10g/L

Process  2^nd Dip 2 rolling →65~70% with liquid →Dry（100～120℃）

REMOVAL OF FIXING

Impregnation: After the dye-fixing fabric with CreaRemover WS 1~2 g/l, the temperature 90~100℃ for 30 minutes, Bath ratio 1: 10~15, then wash with hot water, cold water can also be done.
Padding:  In addition to CreaRemover WS 10~20 g/l, reduction steaming, soaping, washing, drying.

STORAGE

Please store at 5-35℃，avoid freezing and exposure to the sun. Its shelf life is 12 months.
