APPLICATION

Whitening process for Cotton, Nylon：

（1）Exhaust method　　　　　　　　　　　　　

CreaBril KBL                    0.2~1.0 % (o.w.f.)

pH = 7~8 for Cotton, pH=6 for Nylon

95~110℃x 30~60 min’s

Pad-dry 160℃ x 50 sec’s

（2）Continuous padding method

CreaBril  KBL                    2~8 g/l

pH = 7~8 for Cotton, pH=6 for Nylon

Absorbent                            2 kg/ cm²

  160℃ to dry (pad-bake, pad-steam)
