Silicone softener

CreaSilic Q625 is self-emulsified silicone oil which gives excellent absorbent, slippery and soft feel to cotton, synthetic fibers and their blends. As this product can improve moisture transfer, which is very suitable for cotton woven fabrics and knitted fabrics.

APPLICATION

2 Padding 

Dosage  20-100g/L

Fabric 2 Dip 2 Rolling→70% liquid→100℃Drying→Curing(150 ℃ × 1.5min or 170 ℃ × 45 seconds)

2 Impregnation

Dosage  2-10% (o.w.f)

Fabric impregnation working solution 30-40 ℃ × 20min →spin-dry → drying

 STORAGE & MAINTENANCE

Store              At least 12 months

Maintenance    At 5-35℃ Store in a cool dry place, avoid freezing and sunlight                              exposure.
