CreaSilic H725

                            Silicone Softener

CreaSilic H725 is a silicone softener, after treatment with CreaSilic H725, fabrics become soft, smooth, silk texture; it’s not sticky to roller and oil, can improve the tearing strength of the fabric, give the fabric better elasticity; the treated fabric has certain hydrophilicity.

PROPERTIES

Ø The treated fabric has a soft, smooth, silky feel

Ø Applies to cotton, acrylic, polyester, Tencel, modal, etc. and their blended fabrics

Ø Enhance the fabric tear strength and fabric flexibility

Ø Non-stick roller, not flooding oil, emulsion stability

Ø It is not recommended to use the same bath as the anionic additive. Please       test in advance if necessary.

APPLICATION

2 Padding

Dosage   20-100g/L

Process   Padding working solution (W = 65-70%) →Drying (100-120°C) →Curing (150°C x 3 'or 175°C x 1')

2 Impregnation:

Dosage   2-10%(o.w.f)  M:L ratio- 1:8-12

Recommended process  30-40℃ dipping for 20 minutes → spin-dry →drying

STORAGE & MAINTENANCE

Store       At least 12 months

Maintenance   Store at 5-35℃ cool dry place, avoid freezing and    sunlight exposure.
