CreaSilic R925 is specially structured silicone which is soft, silky and after finishing with this Softener, gives particularly a smooth, soft feel over chemical fiber and its blends.It is not easy to stick roller when used, not oil-bleaching, can improve the tearing strength of the fabric, give the fabric better elasticity; very low dosage can achieve better results, increase the hydrophilicity of the treated fabric

APPLICATION PROCESS

Padding:

Dosage    20-100g/L

Process    Padding Solution（W=65-70%）→Drying（100-120℃）→Curing (150℃×3′or 175℃×1′）

Impregnation:

Dosage   2-10%(o.w.f)

Process   Dipping for 20 minutes at 30-40°C →spin-dry →drying (100-120°C) → Curing (150°C x 3 'or 175°C x 1')

STORAGE

Please store at 5-35℃，avoid freezing and exposure to the sun. Its shelf life is 12 months.
