Fatty Acid Base Softener

 

CreaSoft DT-222 is a special softener of quaternary ammonium salt with amide group. It can give the fabrics soft, fluffy, dry and comfortable hand feelings, and doesn’t affect their hydrophilic property. It is especially suitable for softening the cotton fabrics, cotton blended fabrics, or the kind of fabrics like towel.

PRODUCT FEATURE

Ø  Wide dispersing range（5～20%）

Ø  Easy for formulation（Can disperse in cool water）

Ø  Good re-wetting property

Ø  Suitable for both home and industry water based softener. It is used for lubricating and softening fabrics.

   The fabrics treated by CreaSoft DT-222 can show well softness and excellent antistatic performance.

Ø  Used together with silicone oil can give fabrics special hand feelings of soft, smooth and fluffy.

 

PREPARATION

CreaSoft DT-222 can be diluted to any concentration (≤20%) in both cool and hot water when using in applications.

 

APPLICATIONS

Padding  

Fabrics 10-50g/l (means 10% CreaSoft DT-222 in water) padding for two times(W=65-70%) → drying

Impregnation

 Fabrics 1-5% (o.w.f)(means 10% CreaSoft DT-222 solution 30～50℃×20～30min) → spin-dry → drying

 

PACKAGE

125kg/drum

 

STORAGE

Please store at 5-35℃，avoid freezing and exposure to the sun. Its shelf life is 12 months.
