Polyurethane Softener

CreaSoft DPU is a new type of thermal reactive polyurethane, which can be used in various fibers, regenerated cellulose fibers and polyamide fibers, giving full, soft and flexible durable feel, and making the treated fabric permanent effect of washing and dry cleaning.

FEATURES

Ø  Gives the fabric a full, soft, thick feel

Ø  Gives the fabric a washable hydrophilic effect

Ø  Treated fabrics have excellent quick-drying results and wash fastness, dry cleaning

Ø  With a variety of additives with good compatibility, with the resin, whitening agent with the bath

Ø  Improve wrinkle recovery angle and elasticity

Ø  Improve tear strength and wear resistance

Ø  Improve the elasticity and dimensional stability of knitted fabrics

Ø  With mechanical treatment such as polishing, rising, can produce artificial suede finishing effect.

APPLICATION PROCESS

Dip method: Recommended dosage 5-20g/L

Fabric padding work → 70% liquid carrying rate → 100°C drying → 150°C × 1.5min or 170°C × 45s

pACKAGING AND STORAGE

Store         12 months

Maintenance  5-35℃ Store in a cool dry place, avoid freezing and sunlight exposure.
