Compatibility

It can be mixed with non-ionic, anionic additives, resins and catalysts used in the finishing process. When mixing with multiple additives, it is recommended to do the necessary tests first 。

Storage stability

5-30 °C environment properly stored in a sealed original container, once opened, the barrel should be used up as soon as possible. If it is not used up, it must be sealed. Like all high-grade polyethylene emulsions, once opened, this product may form a small amount of precipitates on the wall or lid, and be mixed in the product. These precipitates can be removed by filtration。

Finishing of knit or woven fabrics blended with cellulose fibers and synthetic fibers。

1.        Can be used together with the resin to improve the abrasion resistance and tear strength of the fabric and protect the fiber。

2.        Improve the sewing performance of woven and knit fabrics。

3.        Good for garment sewing, good needle resistance。

4.        Facilitates the mechanical pre-shrinkage of the woven and knitted fabrics, leaving no deposits on the hot pre-shrink rolls。

5.        Reduces friction between yarns, facilitating subsequent twisting, winding, weaving and knitting。

6.        Suitable for impregnation and padding, but also suitable for jet dyeing machines。

7.        No effect on fastness and shade, also suitable for white fabrics。

8.     Good bathing with fluorescent whitening agent。

Padding process

CreaSoft DTA

20-60 g/l General liquid carrying rate is 60-70%, depending on fabric type。 

Padding working fluid, drying at 100-120°C

Impregnation process

For cellulose fibers and synthetic fibers and blends thereof ：

CreaSoft DTA     To fabric weight 1-6% bath ratio 1:5-1:30

30-40°C treatment 15-20min Dehydration → Drying
